*CREDIT ANALYST:

This is an entry level, newly created hourly position in our Credit Administration Department.  Job duties include performing financial statement analysis to determine risk ratings and test compliance with financial covenants, assisting with due diligence and credit analysis required in funding new loans and monitoring existing relationships, and completing loan presentations to be approved by loan committee and maintains all aspects of loan files, (compliance, tracking, etc.).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong computer skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Sageworks, strong financial accounting knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytic and reasoning skills, ability to commit to and meet deadlines, and timely problem resolution.

Training & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience, minimum one (1) year of commercial loan credit analysis experience and completion of formal credit training. Also requires professional experience in banking, real estate, commercial or retail finance, and knowledge of commercial loan regulations.

 

*PERSONAL BANKER:

We are seeking an outgoing individual for an hourly position in our Customer Service Department.  Duties include opening accounts, such as checking, savings, IRA’s & knowledge of related laws/regulations, & computer skills to include Microsoft Office. 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Must have excellent communication and problem resolution skills. 

Training & Experience:

Must have high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of previous related experience in customer service at a financial institution.  

*VICE PRESIDENT, LENDING:

Responsible for originating, servicing commercial & consumer loans, as well as supervising commercial loans.  Explores leads and new markets for loan products.  Analyzes loan requests and prepares written evaluations & recommendations for approvals. Coordinates loan closings, including proper preparation and execution of loan documents.  Maintain productive relationships with borrowers and assists with problem loans.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Proven business development skills, a record of excellent financial sales performance, previous participation in financial institution products, services, and regulations training, proficient computer and calculator skills, and excellent communication skills, both over the telephone and in person.

Training & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, minimum five (5) years of commercial & consumer loan origination and sales experience, previous exposure to and experience with SBA guaranteed loan programs, and previous experience with commercial & consumer lending policies & procedures.
